I had an amazing stay in this hotel. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the spacious rooms to the beautiful surroundings in the open field. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more memorable. They kept everything sparkling clean, and I was impressed with the level of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Additionally, the breakfast options were great, giving me a fantastic start to my day.

Some facilities might need renovation as some customers had complaints about them not being up to standard.

We had only one minor issue, and that was the lack of a TV in the room. this did not detract from our overall experience, and we were able to relax and unwind without it.

Amazing game drives with a lot of animals to see. The breakfast was very satisfying, didn't need to eat until late afternoon. Plus, the linen and towels were of good quality and kept us warm during the chilly nights.

The rooms were quite far from the main area, if you don't like walking much, this could be quite difficult. The roads leading to the hotel were also quite bumpy, so if you get car sick easily, this might not be the best choice.

Spent an amazing New Year in a stunning lodge, surrounded by wildlife and breathtaking views. Enjoyed the inclusive game drives and delicious meals. the staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. loved the star-gazing experience and being able to see the night sky so clearly.

There were some downsides to the experience. the Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, which was a bit frustrating.
